Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

- Configuration of network drives.
- Configuration of network server.
- Development of new features.
- Restoration of backups.
- Support for development of web services, plugins, scripts or integration with third-party applications.
- Incidents with the processes within the document manager
- Actions not included in the support service:
- Application migration to another server.
- Problems caused by third-party applications that have negative consequences in the document manager.
- Problems derived from changes in the server that have negative consequences in the document manager.
