In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. 

**A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

  • Actions included in the support service for the document manager:
    • Server management.
      • Support, update and configuration of the document manager.
      • Configuration of network drives.
      • Configuration of network server.
    • Development of new features.
    • Restoration of backups.
    • Support for development of web services, plugins, scripts or integration with third-party applications.
    • Incidents with the processes within the document manager
  • Actions not included in the support service:
    • Application migration to another server.
    • Problems caused by third-party applications that have negative consequences in the document manager.
    • Problems derived from changes in the server that have negative consequences in the document manager.
