In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Actions NOT INCLUDED in the IT T-O support service are as follows:
  • Server management:This refers to actions and configurations unrelated to the implemented program.
  • Hardware device configuration: For example, configuring switches, routers, and other hardware devices.
  • Support of third-party applications.
Actions that have an ADDITIONAL COST (request proposal from T-O):
  • Application migration to another server.
  • Backup restoration.
  • Support for web services development, add-ons, scripts, or integration with third-party applications.
  • Development of new functionalities.
  • Issues caused by third-party applications affecting the operation of the implemented solution.
  • Problems arising from server changes impacting the configured application.
